1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing, using, or downloading FM Profit in a Box (the "EA" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this service.

FM Profit in a Box is provided by Fortune Masters Trading ("we," "us," "our," or "Company").

2. License Grant & Restrictions

2.1 License Type

• FM Profit in a Box is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable rental license.
• You do not own the EA; you are renting the right to use it for the duration of your subscription.
• The license is valid for one trading account at a time per token.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the EA on a single MetaTrader 4 account (demo or live)
• Install and run the EA on your broker's platform
• Receive updates and technical support included with your license

2.3 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the EA or license token
• Use one token on multiple accounts simultaneously
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to modify the EA
• Copy or clone the code or strategies
• Use the EA for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Circumvent license validation or security measures

3. Trading Risks & Disclaimers

3.1 No Guarantee of Profit

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• The EA is provided "as-is" for automated trading purposes
• Forex and commodity trading carry substantial financial risk
• You may lose part or all of your trading capital

3.2 User Responsibility

• You are responsible for understanding how the EA works before trading
• You must test on a demo account first before using real money
• You are responsible for your trading decisions and account management
• The Company is not liable for losses or damages from trading

4. License & Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Periods

Licenses are available on the following rental basis:

• Monthly: $30 USD (TTD 200)
• 3-Month: $78 USD (TTD 530) — ~$26/month
• 6-Month: $140 USD (TTD 950) — ~$23/month

4.2 Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew
• You must manually renew your license before expiry
• No refunds are issued for expired licenses

4.3 Token Management

• Each license is assigned a unique token (format: FM-XXXX-XXXX)
• Tokens are non-transferable and account-specific
• The Company reserves the right to revoke tokens for violations

5. Payment & Refunds

5.1 Refund Policy

5.2 Chargebacks

• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and termination
• The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

6. Account & License Management

6.1 One Account Per Token

• Each license token is valid for one trading account only
• Using one token on multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited
• The Company uses automated detection to identify token sharing
• Violation results in immediate account termination without refund

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

The EA is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses, regardless of cause
• Data loss or corruption
• System failures or downtime
• Broker-related issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Acknowledgment

By using FM Profit in a Box, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Service
• You understand the risks of forex and commodity trading
• You are using the EA at your own risk
• The Company is not liable for trading losses
• You will test on a demo account before trading with real money
